Supported the CTI in its mission "to prepare computer science students, particularly students from low-income, first-generation, URM backgrounds, to be competitive for opportunities in and to make significant contributions to the tech industry."
Work with a cohort of 750+ students as we prepared for a meaningful summer professional computer science experience, either in industry, research, or the open-source space.
Spent at least 10 hours per week working with students and CTI content to develop problem-solving for interviews; Python proficiency; GitHub and open-source project contribution; Teamwork; Professional Networking; Cultural Humility and Professionalism. All while working remotely.
Involving in multiple open-source projects relating to algorithm, web development, and Python & JavaScript coding.
